Take a moment

I built this space for men who are ready to step out of the noise, drop the constant need to perform, and engage in real, honest conversations.

I built this space because it's something I have needed more times than I care to admit. Would I have struggled for as long as I did if had a space to ask honest questions and support other's doing the same?

Here, we boldy explore the intersection of faith, life, growth, and true identity - together. We navigate the spaces between where we've been and who we are becoming.

Whether you are facing your own remedies and poisons, dropping old armor, or simply seeking quiet clarity, you have a seat at this table.

The idea is simple: share a real tension, struggle, or question you’ve been navigating lately so I can speak directly into it on the episode. Raising these questions gives other men watching a chance to realize they aren’t alone in what they're carrying. You can share your name if you'd like, or keep it completely anonymous.

It can be about anything sitting heavy on your desk right now, such as:

  • Relationships & Marriage: Navigating distance, communication, or seasonal friction.

  • Parenting: The quiet weight, fear, or frustration of raising kids well.

  • Work & Profession: The grind, burnout, or feeling trapped by output and results.

  • Life as an Adult: The difficulty of making real male friends or feeling isolated.

  • Identity & Ambition: Balancing passions and dreams without turning them into idols.

  • Habits & Struggles: Wrestling with old patterns, chains, or hidden battles.

It doesn't need to be a polished speech, just hit record, lay out the tension, and end with your question. A great way to frame it is:

“What are your thoughts on...”
“How would you navigate...”
"What would you say to a man who..."

Whether it’s feeling invisible, carrying the weight of expectations, or trying to make a hard decision in the dark,  let's dig in together.
